Monthly Mail Review Checklist

It’s best practice to review your digital delivery results monthly. Here’s a suggested cadence:


At the Start of the Month

  • Review delivery results from the past month: Mail > Delivered

  • Check for spikes in Mail > Undeliverable

  • Download audit logs if needed

  • Reconcile any payment or delivery reports


Review Subscriptions

  • Go to Subscriptions tab

  • Track new opt-ins or deregistrations

  • Download reports for trend tracking

  • Follow up on recipients who have failed authentication


Update Shared Documents

  • Add newsletters, rate guides, or policy updates

  • Ensure outdated materials are removed


User Access Review

  • Go to Settings > Account Permissions

  • Remove access for departed staff

  • Add any new users

  • Confirm permission levels are still appropriate
