It’s best practice to review your digital delivery results monthly. Here’s a suggested cadence:
At the Start of the Month
- Review delivery results from the past month: Mail > Delivered 
- Check for spikes in Mail > Undeliverable 
- Download audit logs if needed 
- Reconcile any payment or delivery reports 
Review Subscriptions
- Go to Subscriptions tab 
- Track new opt-ins or deregistrations 
- Download reports for trend tracking 
- Follow up on recipients who have failed authentication 
Update Shared Documents
- Add newsletters, rate guides, or policy updates 
- Ensure outdated materials are removed 
User Access Review
- Go to Settings > Account Permissions 
- Remove access for departed staff 
- Add any new users 
- Confirm permission levels are still appropriate
