Every document that’s been sent or actioned (e.g. marked “Undeliverable Actioned”) is stored in the archive for future reference.
From there, you can:
- Search by name, account number, date, or delivery channel 
- View a document’s delivery method (e.g. email, BPAY View, fallback print) 
- Confirm read-status or subscription at time of delivery 
Use Cases for the Archive
- Investigate whether a document was sent 
- Confirm delivery method (e.g. digital vs print) 
- View subscription status at the time of delivery 
- Export document records for reporting or audit 
Note: This is a useful tool when responding to customer service queries about missing notices.
