The table below describes the mail status and any actions required.
Mail Status | Description |
Archived | Payreq Sharing accounts can elect to hold mail in the Payreq web portal for consumers that have not signed up to access digital notices. When a consumers subscribes for digital access their past archived communications will be available. |
Awaiting Credits | Mail items cannot be shared as there are no more credits. To share the items purchase additional credit at Settings > Accounting Plans > Purchase. |
Awaiting Review | Payreq Sharing administrators can elect to hold mail for a review of meta data vs. PDF document prior to sharing. See Settings > Mailer > 'Review Mail Before Sending' option. To share the communications click 'Approve' otherwise 'Reject'. |
Error | Mail items that cannot be shared as there are validation errors. Click into the mail details to view validation errors |
Contact Changed | Hold mail item from being sent until registrations under Deregister? is actioned. |
Pending Subscription | Mail items in pending subscription are stored until the employee or customer subscribes. |
Queued | Mail items being prepared for sharing. |
Send | Mail items shared with consumers. |
Undeliverable | Mail items that could not be shared. |
Undeliverable Actioned | Mail items that could not be shared by have been actioned. |
