Payreq supports several digital channels. Customers can subscribe to receive documents from you to any of the following channels:
BPAY View: Delivered via a customer's banking app.
Email (via manual addition or Fastform): Customers will receive a PDF of their notice attached to an email .
- Manual Email – These subscriptions have either been migrated from a previous provider or Payreq delivery account, or they have been created using the “Create Subscription” feature on behalf of the customer. Read more
- FastForm Email – The customer has subscribed via the FastForm that is published on Council’s website, but have not yet created a Payreq account by setting a password. Read more
MyBills Agent (Group): used by real estate agents or property managers to manage multiple properties in bulk. Read more
Payreq smart mailbox: delivered to a customer's secure Payreq account. From here they can read, manage and pay their bills. Read more
Small business account integrations: delivered to a customer's Xero, MYOB or Reckon Accounts Hosted software. Read more
Tip: Most organisations support multiple subscription types.
